Today, Valdosta Middle School hosted an unforgettable Black History Program, honoring the legacy, culture, and achievements of the Black community. 🎤💃🏽 Students and staff came together to celebrate with performances that included powerful singing, dance presentations, heartfelt poetry, and rich historical storytelling. ✨
We were truly honored to welcome two incredible guest speakers, Mr. Walter Jones and Ms. Amber Booker, who shared their wisdom and inspiring messages, reminding us of the importance of perseverance, community, and the ongoing journey for equality. 📚
Class presentations highlighted the profound impact Black history has had on shaping our world, and the day concluded with an amazing musical selection performed by the talented VMS Band. 🎶🎺
