Admin Assists

On Secretary Day, it is important to take a moment to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the secretaries who keep Valdosta High School running smoothly. As a principal, I am particularly grateful for the contributions of our secretaries, who play a crucial role in supporting our school community.

Our secretaries are the backbone of Valdosta High School’s family. They are the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, and they ensure that everyone who enters our building feels welcomed and valued. They handle a wide range of tasks: answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing events and managing paperwork. Without our secretaries, VHS would be much less efficient and effective.

I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to all of our secretaries. Your hard work and dedication make a real difference in the lives of our students, families, and staff.

Thank you for all that you do, not just on Secretary Day, but every day of the year. You are truly valued and appreciated.

Sincerely,

Dr. Janice Richardson and the VHS Faculty and Staff
