Any student attending Horne Learning Center forfeits their right to both participate and attend extracurricular athletic activities. This includes any student being accompanied by their parent. If a student is found in violation of this policy, consequences will be rendered.
Once a student re-enrolls into their regular middle or high school, they may begin their eligibility and right to both participate in and attend Valdosta City Schools' extracurricular athletic activities.
