Congratulations to the VHS Mock Trial Cats as they competed in their first tournament at the beginning of February. It was their very first year competing against other schools in our district, and they won 2 of their 3 trials. Alexandar Wallace and Aeryal Hall won outstanding witness awards. The team includes: Jack Bishop, Davis Dennis, Souad Dennis, Rumi Garbett-Chaitram, Randa Gladwin, Aeryal Hall, Carter McGhin, Ronald Pitcock, Alexandra Wallace, and Christopher Wallace. They are coached by local attorney Sam Dennis and faculty sponsor Deanna Barham.
