Valdosta High School seniors Tiamya Johnson-Greenwich and Jessica Mohanty will head to college in the fall on full four-year scholarships through the QuestBridge National College Match program, an initiative that connects America’s highest-achieving seniors with the nation’s top colleges and universities. They are two of only 2,627 finalists selected as Match Scholarship recipients out of nearly 25,500 applicants nationwide.
Tiamya will be attending Boston University, where she plans to major in Finance. Jessica will be attending Smith College, where she plans to major in Chemistry.
Match Scholarship recipients are admitted early to QuestBridge college partners with full four-year scholarships provided by the colleges and universities. These scholarships ensure that an education at a top college is affordable for students and their families. QuestBridge’s partners include some of the nation’s top colleges and universities. The Match Scholarship consists of a generous financial aid package that covers the full cost of attendance, including tuition, housing and food, books and supplies, and travel expenses. The Match Scholarship does not include loans or a parental contribution.
